Hands down the best fish and chips I’ve ever had — consistently delicious every time. What really sets this place apart though is the customer service. Every single member of staff is an absolute delight: always smiling, always polite, and always a genuine thank you — not just from your server, but from the whole team as you leave. I would not recommend this chippy at all, not only is the food sub par but the service from the man that's the owner is rude, and racist, because my husband doesn't speak with a donacster accent he is from London he was rude and said could he speak English when he is born and bread east London. Good staff great fish,chips can be hit and miss but last couple of visits they have been back to normal,still a very good chippy though. Looks like outside seating, good idea lads. The home made fishcake in a bread bun is a meal in itself. Really nice.
