S Atchison★Very aggressive girl working behind the counter! Since I complained I haven’t seen her there again. Quite right as her behavior constituted as gross misconduct. Seriously what is with some people’s behavior in 2026?! If you don’t like being polite and pleasant why work in a customer service role?

Natalie Morley★Ordered via the uber eats app. I ordered a clotted cream fudge cold brew which I have ordered multiple from this same business and it was shockingly bad. Basically just a cold brew with a tiny bit of cream that looks like it's split. Paying 5.40 for coffee drink is a treat of mine and very rare. So disappointing!
Dennis Graham★Thursday I bough 3”surprise”too good to go packages. Sad uninteresting sandwiches and soggy panini, food should have gone in the bin not for sale even at £12 paid, will never use Starbucks again I’ve just wasted money I can’t afford to throw away
