Ordered from here last night on Uber Eats and honestly the food was amazing! Everything was fresh, full of flavour and properly cooked. The spices were perfect – not too mild, not too overpowering. The portions were big too, which was a nice surprise. You can tell they actually care about their food because it tasted like proper home-style Indian cooking. Definitely gonna order from here again. Highly recommend!

We were stopping over in Bicester and ate at Anika. We both had prawn puri starter which was huge and the bread was the best I’ve had. I had tandoori mixed grill and my husband had lamb madras. The grill was beautifully cooked and presented and the lamb in the curry was tender. We were the only people eating as it was a cold Feb night hence the 4 for atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend.

The owner was helpful and courteous, assisting us with parking and guiding us to the restaurant, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience declined when the chef came to take and deliver the order. His manner was rigid and uncomfortable, and he insisted—quite forcefully—that every member of our group must order a main course along with a starter, presenting this as mandatory. This was neither communicated in advance nor delivered politely. Overall, the attitude displayed by the chef was disappointing and negatively impacted our dining experience.

The food was lovely, and we couldn't fault the service. We will go again. There's no parking at the restaurant, but there's plenty of pay-and-display parking nearby, or free parking after 6 p.m. Alternatively, there's two-hour free parking at Sainsbury's, about a five-to-seven-minute walk away.
