Today we visited Felix in Billericay for the first time. We left with mixed feelings. We were given a nice welcome before being seated in a booth at the front of the restaurant. We were then taken aback because as we started to take our seats we were asked if we’d like bread which I have to say is a first for us. Normally your asked if you would like water. I had an amazing experience at Félix in Billericay! The food was absolutely delicious every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and elegant, making it the perfect place for both a relaxed meal and a special evening out. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. I genuinely enjoyed everything about this restaurant and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Myself and my partner had a table booked for 7pm on the 18th April Saturday night, The restaurant was 75% full when we arrived and was buzzing. Our table was in front of the disabled toilet and was used throughout our dinner by guests not wanting to use toilets on the first floor and twice the door of the toilet hit my chair whilst eating. Bread served to the table had been under the pass to long and had become crusty one end and soft the other, I did inform our waiter and was replaced and took from the bill.
