The young lad at the counter was excellent. My cookie and mocha was lovely. Unfortunately my wife's Falafel & Halloumi Hot Wrap was dry and a good 5th uneatable. Shame

I have been to Costa and Starbucks many times and their services are all perfect, this was my first time trying Pret A Manger and I was treated very unkindly - from a stuff, who was very unfriendly, and when I asked if I wanted a receipt, she was also impatient, as well as throwing the receipt at me. I will never come to this brand again, thank you!

Today, on 14 January 2026, between 14:00 and 15:00, I observed that the fair-haired male employee and the dark-haired female employee at the counter were very dedicated and excellent. They paid attention to people's requests and kept up with the busy pace. The place was clean, airy, and beautiful. The sandwich stock had been replenished, and it was very nice that they served freshly brewed filter coffee; we didn't have to drink coffee brewed in the morning, as is the case in some other places. The options were excellent, I left satisfied, and I received excellent service. In short, I didn't
