I recently had a business meeting in Folium. I parked in the NCP that's just around the corner from St Paul's Square as the roadside parking is limited to 2 hours. Upon entry we were able to leave our coats on pegs by the door. We were greeted by a kind lady whom showed us to our table, in the window. Undoubtedly the finest food you will taste in Brum, matching any of the restaurants with a Michelin star. Me and my wife continue to go back to mark special occasions - most recently on our wedding anniversary. The food was simply superb from start to finish. Beautiful anniversary meal. Food was pristine along with the wine pairing. Favourite of our meal was the cherry blossom and rhubarb dessert. We opted for the long menu with the cheese selection, everything came out in satisfying portions that left us full at the end. The pace of meals served was just right.

The whole experience was wonderful. We were greatly warmly & shown to our table. The ambience was lovely, everything being thought out including the crockery & cutlery, to give a quality experience.
