We ordered General Thai, Red Curry and Yum Box. Every single dish served was just top notch but General Thai was definitely the star of the show. Lovely staff too! I really enjoyed my lunch here. The portions were massive and I couldn't finish it all so ask for the box to take away leftover. I highly recommend this place if you like good food.

Here’s the full breakdown: The Experience: 🍴 We hit a snag early on—the self-service counter was out of forks. Eating noodles with disposable spoons wasn’t ideal! Luckily, a staff member managed to find us some midway through the meal. The Food: It was a hit-and-miss situation. ✅ The Hits: The chicken wings and prawn crackers are a must-order! Had pad Thai and Thai red curry, both with beef. On first impressions I thought the portion size was lacking considering the price. But it was very filling. The food, for the most part, was delicious, especially the curry. In regards to the pad Thai, it just tasted like it had been doused in soy sauce. Pad Thai is meant to be salty but it's also meant to have other flavour notes, not just the overwhelming flavour of soy sauce. Lovely place! Hamad was so lovely, he is an assest to thai express. The food is always nice, with large portions and a friendly atmosphere. I live in Preston, travelling to London and made sure to stop in Birmingham for some lovely chicken fried rice and tom yum soup. I would definitely recommend.
