visited Bierkeller Birmingham today with a group of 16 for their RnB Bingo event, and honestly, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was brilliant, and the DJ/host absolutely made the night — engaging, entertaining, and kept the energy high the whole time. You could tell they really knew how to work the crowd and make sure everyone was having a great time. A special mention also has to go to Lauren (apologies if the name is slightly off!) who was working behind the bar. She was genuinely outstanding — so attentive, friendly, and incredibly caring. My experience at the bierkeller Birmingham started of really well, however when my friend complained about something the general manager was rude and as he stormed off muttered something racist under his breath. I also noticed many people eating in the kitchen while working rather than serving customers. I’d recommend going here but be wary of who might be serving you.

A genuinely disappointing experience at Bierkeller this weekend. Our group (around a dozen of us) came in to just have fun with company, and enjoy the games, food and drinks. The bar was busy, loud and lively, exactly what you would expect from a venue built around arcade machines, pool, darts and social drinking. What confused us is how suddenly the atmosphere changed.
