Ordered food and it took a while to come, the staff were not pleasant I was told by one member that my child couldnt have their hot dog because it came in a take out box and said I couldnt have it until we left and said that they "had to go fetch it" so I couldnt have it yet, overall they give me a lot of attitude My food came but the cutlery draw was empty and the staff were not helpful and shouted at me when I asked politely - they said they were "too busy" to get our cutlery Another member of staff was really nice and brought my child's hot dog anyway The food wasn't of great quality Overal

Staffing was bit of issue. Lady was lively on till but not very tech savvy. She would been better on another task with it being busy queue for customers. There was queue forming and she struggled. Wasn't her fault but if her supervisor had assigned her with a more suitable task. Fine let her on till at quieter times build her confidence up but at peak times a more competent colleague needs take control. When food came breakfast was absolutely lush. We would come back again

We call yesterday myself my granddaught and great grandaught came to the cafe straight away the member of staff a gentleman came over to get us a high chair what a true gentleman they have working for them at bishop Auckland cafe so so helpful as we sat waiting we noticed that a older gentleman came in he told him to sit down and he would take his order and come to get his money then got his coffee for him then his condenents in my opinion he went about and beyond his duties xx

Great serving times, although depending on the order the food can still be a little cold. Great selection of hot drinks and really good prices.
