I feel like this place just gets steadily worse. Staff are nice but over time, the prices just seem to creep up and up and the quality of the food gets worse. Cold meals, chewy meat, poppadoms swimming in oil. It's really poor and the top it all off the heating is never on so it's always cold. Not recommended

Had a lovely afternoon. Ordered food but the first meals were cold. Ordered again, naan bread was dripping in cold butter, not good. Food again was just only warm but poppadoms were burnt. I waited over 30 minutes from ordering the first meal which was cold then the second meal was standing on the servery when I went to the toilets upstairs, by the time I got back they were still there and 5 minutes later they were delivered to our table. Surely the catering staff probe the meals they are serving to see if they leave at a recommended temperature instead of throwing out a luke warm inedible me

Just paid a visit to the Wallaw Wetherspoons in Blyth and I’m genuinely impressed — this is undoubtedly one of the better Wetherspoon pubs around! First off, they’ve done an outstanding job preserving the beautiful **Art Deco look and feel** of the original building.
