Horrible experience I can’t believe this happened to me . The Romanian lady with green eyes which already served me before in the station shop was extremely rude and aggressive. Soon we walked in she told us to move to another table saying that place was already clean. Was just 5pm. When I approached the counter I asked 2 hot chocolates she didn’t even let me continue and asked me : are the hot chocolates for the kids in a very bossy way which I answered yes she immediately told me: you need to let me know otherwise they will be extremely hot. I would like to say,what a great costa coffee shop,the staff are so lovely,Tina is great,the coffee when we ask for it to be hot,that's exactly what she does.We come in daily,because of the friendliness,great atmosphere,even my elderly mum loves it in there,yesTina makes a great latte just how we like it.The whole work team are fantastic.Tina also engages with our mum it's great
