I ordered hot wings. But got disappointed because they were very hard, without any flavour at all. I can only feel spiciness ( thats fine) but not even salt is added. And, the wings has old frozen food type of taste. I am really not happy with wings. The pizza is good though.

Another great experience from Red Pepper, Borehamwood. Definitely my go to pizza order for our team meetings. The huge square pizzas are amazing and great value for money. Some how being square, makes the pizza go further and tastes more delicious. Would highly recommend.

Ordered an 18" pizza yesterday with sweetcorn, olives, mushroom and feta. Went to collect and the guy had accidently put fresh garlic instead of feta. He offered to remake the whole pizza but I asked if he could just add a bit of feta on top as I thought it would be easier for everyone (and less cost to them than having to use a whole new set of ingredients than a handful of cheese) and he did. To this man, thank you! Your mistake was a game changer. We will now be ordering garlic to our topping list as it was incredible! Keep up the good work 👏🏼

I am writing to complain about a recent food order I placed online with your establishment. When I contacted your staff regarding my order, I was met with a very rude and arrogant attitude. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable and lacked basic professionalism and respect. Due to this behaviour, I felt uncomfortable continuing with the order and made the decision to cancel it. No customer should feel the need to cancel their order because of how they are treated. This experience has left me very disappointed.
