Such a gem of a place! We got here around 11 on a Saturday and luckily didn't have to wait long to be seated, but this place does get busy and there was a queue outside by the time we left. I can see why though! The menu is small but amazing. I got the garlic eggs with sourdough toast while my husband got the chicken sarnie. Pretty big portions and everything was delicious and tasted fresh. Later in the week on a WFH day we got 2 chicken sarnies to go, if I'm back in the area I'd come back here in a heartbeat!

We love this place! The food is always excellent, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are genuinely lovely. They’re always friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate allergies and make room for our stroller. This has become a regular spot for us, and while there’s often a small queue for a table, it’s well worth the wait. A great local restaurant that we keep coming back to!

I had the most wonderful experience at Mae + Harvey. The food was absolutely unbelievable! fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The corn fritters with egg were cooked to perfection, full of texture and flavour, while the pancakes were on another level. They were light, fluffy, and topped with the most delicious berry compote, clotted cream and toasted hazelnuts. Every bite was a treat. The service was just as impressive as the food.
