We came here for our daughter’s birthday last night, we hadn’t booked so we’re very lucky to get a table as the restaurant was full within 10 minutes of opening! The service was great, polite, fast and efficient. The food was amazing, everyone at our table loved their food, and each meal was really tasty, and all of it eaten. The portions of food are decent, we had a range of 5 different meals and each one great. The sizzling beef in black pepper sauce was great, much better than anywhere else we’ve eaten at previously. We will definitely come back again!

Excellent across the board. Warm prawn crackers to start which is a good indicator. Each of the four of us had different starters (lamb skewer, chicken satay, spring rolls and dim sum) and all very well cooked. The server advised us the dim sum did take 20 minutes to steam, in case we were on a time limit for a show at the Spa. My fillet main was so soft and tender, hardly needed a knife. Again, all mains received the thumbs up. If I could change one thing - put decent lager in tap rather than bottles. But that's a minor thing. We have decided this will be a one a month or so meal now.

Every time we stay in Bridlington, Ypes is our go to restaurant for takeaway. In nine years, we have never been disappointed at all. The staff are very friendly and helpful, there is range of food which is competively priced and so tasty. We recommend to anyone who we know who is visiting Brid and likes Chinese. So, give them a go. You won't be disappointed
