In a street filled with restaurants, which one would you choose? So my housemate recommended we eat here. We were starving and our order was going to take about 30 minutes. The wait was worth it. So we ordered grilled pork steak. It is saigon style chargrilled pork steaks. I can taste a hint of lemongrass that adds freshness contrasting the smokey flavors of the steak. It was served with its own nuoc mam dipping sauce which is a combination of sweet sour spicy salty and savoury flavours. Food was amazing! We had the House Special with beef tendon and the meat was so tender and the broth was very delicious and comforting. Chicken wings were flavourful and spring rolls were very yummy! Nice little gem - would definitely recommend :)

They told me some people didn't like the beef trotters. Apparently, they don't like the gelatinous texture of the collagen rich skin and tendors. What?! That's my favorite dish in this place. The trotters were perfectly cooked together with the soft beef meat slices, both swimming in a flavorful broth. It's a life changing bowl. You all are missing out. If you want healthy skin, that bowl of tasty collagen is must have! 5.2 out of 5.

Unsure if it was a bad night as we chose restaurant for good reviews. Everything was really awful. Curry was a cheap knock off sauce, nothing authentic - tastes like a mass produced version. Beef pho was awful. We regularly get Vietnamese and this was truly to be avoided.
