Some can't even manage a smile or even a thank you when order taken or even when one leaves the premises. Haven't been here in a while,it used to be so different previous visits. I give 4 stars only because we both felt cold in the restaurant, it's a busy place and the door is open quite often but I don't like to eat with my coat on. The good side is that I left my bag there and they kept safe for me
