Waitrose used to be an elevated shopping experience but now,this store is no different to any other bog standard supermarket in our town. Every single week (WITHOUT FAIL) I am handing in out of date food products including milk, prawns, burgers, bread to name a few. Disgraceful. Not enough staff, always waiting at lotto/tobacco kiosk for a member of staff to be found. I spend a lot on my weekly shop and what is the point of spending more ona lesser quality experience? Very tidy shop although majority of items more expensive there were dome lower priced foodstuffs. I Bettolli olive spread which o like. Plants outside however...half were awful..not watered been there few days..and looked like it..I would certainly not buy ....mind you most other supermarkets do not look after their plants either. The much better ones were however very overpriced in my opinion..but a good selection.
