“Good quality food and drinks but very slow service”

Great mix of taste the difference foods, and nice little café, but very simplified food offering so please don't expect a full meal. Go to the flagship store for a better dining experience near Cheshire Oaks. A beautifully designed building with real architectural roofing design, well worthwhile seeing. This Broughton store is very clean and well presented, I've only given it a 4 star rating due to the cafe closing earlier than most would like and the eat in food being so limited.

A very average M&S cafe experience. Slow queues; insufficient seating and dull environment. Dishes not cleared off tables efficiently. Not what one would expect from M&S. Broughton management should request a drastic overhaul and extend space for loyal customers.

Shop layout could have been thought through a little better.. cafe feels sealed off, isles feel narrow. Staff are constantly watching you like a hawk at check out making you feel a little uncomfortable 2 stars from me 🙁. Improvements and training needed Essex M&S Foodhalls are among the best experiences I’ve personally had, with fruit being fresher more variety on display and generally a better atmosphere and environment with no pressure from staff members and much more approachable 😊

Great M&S Food Hall with a wide range of fresh produce and ready meals. Always clean, well‑organised, and easy to navigate
