If I could give less than a star I would, ordered three times and each time something has been wrong, first time it was sauce allover a burger, second time sauce allover a burger in the box meal and third time is a MEAT FEAST pizza with green peppers and onions on! Ordered food and paid through the website at 8:30pm, called at 9pm to check in a rough time estimate as it didn’t say on the website. Only when i called, they could not find the order, gave address, name and order number and they still couldn’t find it. Eventually after searching and sending screenshots of our order to whatsapp, they found the order, was then told at 9pm would be half an hour. At 9:50 food eventually arrived, when it did they forgot parts of our order and was also asked to pay at delivery even though it was paid on the website. Ordered at 10:25pm. They waited till close which was 11pm to “cancel” my order, which they never did nor did they get in contact with me. I assumed maybe it’s on last delivery for the night. Come 11:30pm got in contact with Deliveroo where they persisted to lie to Deliveroo saying they’d informed me and cancelled the order their side. Which they hadn’t. Honestly appalling customer services and overall service. Which is a shame because the food is great, but I guess great food doesn’t always keep a customer coming back. Kids cheese burger came with salad and sauce after repeatedly saying NO SALAD NO SAUCE. Called them to ask for another burger sending and they said they did not put salad and sauce on the burger suggesting I'm lying! Asking me to bring the burger or send them a picture!!!
