14/03/2026 I took my son to order some breakfast to takeaway and had to cancel the order. So many people had to wait for their order for more than 15 minutes. I waited for my order 15 minutes, had to cancel, were there for 19 minutes. 2 ladies were waiting 20 more minutes and lined up behind me to get a refund. So many people were there waiting but nobody seems to have their food. Weird experience. I don’t understand what went wrong at there. Never going back McDonald’s in Mill gate shopping centre.

Food: Stone cold and had to ask 3 times for missing items. Above all it is really poor quality and expensive for what it is. Service: See above. Atmosphere: It's a McDonald's. It's basic. My mistake for coming in a McDonald's for the first time in 15 years. Won't be back for 30 years, at least!

Not been to McDonald's for years, went today waited ages in hindsight should of known as a Saturday. Took ages receipt didn't print off. Food freezing as was coffee. Won't be using again. Very disappointed! Place full off food all over tables and floor!

The restaurant was clean, partially empty As the dinner rush was over. Staff extremely helpful showing me how to use the computer board. Sadly they don't carry iced tea at this McDonald's. Easy to find.
