Saturday, the 9th of May at 4 pm. I visited orbital with my grandson who has Autism. Unfortunately upon arrival waiting in the queue he became dis-regulated and was screaming and quite distressed. The reception/cashier that dealt with us was Isabella. She was very helpful and showed good awareness. I work as a support worker, this afternoon I took one of the children here. Everyone was really lovely until the child (who has special needs) wanted to play on the spinning jump over feature for longer than 10 minutes. We had a young blonde lady who was working the floor aswell as a young man who was in a black T-shirt.
