We went to Toby carvery Newport area, made booking online through the Toby carvery account membership, can do this without!, also you can call through if preferred but best outside of busy times, very easy to do, couldn't be more helpful, been several times and haven't had any problems so far!, book in number plate for vehicle if applicable regarding car parking on the pad by booking in normally with the team's on arrival, always very polite and helpful, as are the chef's on the carvery area's, always cheerful and polite even after cooking in the heat!, as are the bar staff and server's,

I think the empty plates says it all. The food was hot and delicious 😋. The staff were helpful and attentive. Even though it was very busy today, we were seated within a minute. We had to queue for the carvery for about 5 minutes. Once again 10 out of 10.

My wife and I frequent the Toby Coldra often and find it excellent for food and service. We always go for the carvery, which is ample for most appetites. The service is exceptional especially to my wife, who has difficulty in walking, as a member of staff always carries her plate to the table for her after she has chosen her veggies, which is a great help.
