Great customer service and generally a lovely calming ambience (as the restaurant faces the quiet main street outside and inside the mall). The food quality is really good for the price you pay. I tried a tuna and avocado Sandwich and a Chinese Sencha Tea (Green Tea). Thank you!

I popped into this place for a take away watermelon icetea and a honey cake . The ice team was made with syrup and didn’t taste like watermelon and had no strawberries as it is meant to. I asked if it was the correct drink and the person who made it said yes but ignored the question about the missing strawberries. Then when I got home to eat the cake I found a used wooden spoon in the bag - disgusting and very very disappointing. Not worth the money

I had been wanting to visit this place ever since I stopped by once for dessert, so I finally went recently. The vibe is very aesthetic and the ambiance is lovely. However, the service unfortunately wasn’t up to standard. It was extremely busy on Valentine’s Day lunch time, and there seemed to be only one server handling the entire floor along with one manager. I had to walk around to find someone just to get seated, and another lady was doing the same. I also had to ask 5–6 times for water before it arrived. Abysmal experience at Café Brera Canary Wharf Overall, overpriced, poorly managed, and careless. For a Canary Wharf location, this standard is simply not acceptable. Visited around 3pm and spent just under £50, and it honestly felt like a complete waste of money. We ordered a spicy chicken pizza, truffle Parmesan fries, two pistachio lattes (with extra espresso shots), and a Saint Sebastian cheesecake.
