The monarchy should be abolished… starting with the Burger King… off with his head! We stepped and were greeted with the smell of fresh toilet (GROSS). Phew yew yuck yeah. After a tortured wait hearing the staff yap about marvel rivals, our cartoonishly large burgers were given to us. DID NOT CARE FOR IT. Our complaints stopped when we entered the penthouse. Simply blown away. Chronic goosebumps! The music is to die for and by that I mean the music is so bad you’d self harm (ahhhh). My men’s mental health will never recover. If you’re a ghost/aberration DO NOT HAUNT THIS GAFF! Lots of love, ji

wish i could give zero stars, waited almost an hour for cold food, only ordered two burgers, girl running the service (black hair) was clearly in a strop and was throwing burgers down and being rude to everyone. People were obviously disappointed and the staff acted like it was our problem that they couldn’t handle the service, £18 for this was shocking and its genuinely put me off butger king for life. Get better staff to handle weekends. Added a photo where u can see where the food has just been thrown on the counter. Disgraceful service

Grabbed a quick meal at the Burger King on St John Street, Cardiff. The order was handled efficiently and the food came out hot and well put together. The place was clean and the location is very convenient for a quick stop in the city centre. Great stuff!!!

Came in at around 3am after a night out so it was pretty busy and the security guard immediately said to me (I’m also a brown woman) you can’t come in it’s only for paying customers and I told him me and my friend are paying customers were here to get food just like everyone else. I found it interesting how he was only being prejudice to me and not anyone else there because they were all white. Please educate your security guards to talk to people especially when I didn’t do anything to warrant a racist,prejudice reaction as he only said it to me and not to any of the other white people or Asi
