Came here for the first time on Saturday evening and it was fantastic! Excellent choice of food and drinks, and very attentive and friendly staff. They were really excellent with my allergies and didn’t make a fuss like some other restaurants (I didn’t feel like a major inconvenience to have allergies). Everything was really top notch, and the tunes were groovy too. Highly recommend!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Cosy Club in Cardiff Bay last night. We have previously visited the branch in central Cardiff but this was our first foray to the Bay branch. ​I visited this restaurant recently with a group, and it was a highly disappointing experience from start to finish. ​The food was incredibly underwhelming. The servings were essentially child-sized portions charged at extortionate prices, and the meals themselves were completely bland and tasteless. ​However, the biggest issue was the service. Our waitress was outright rude and spent the entire evening tutting at us. We were served extra food we didn't order and were promised it wouldn't be on the bill.
