My review is based on drinks only. Took advantage of the two cocktails for 12 pounds. I ordered off the QR code of which I am not a fan. After ordering, a waiter came with menus but told him we already ordered. Service was friendly nonetheless. Drinks arrived and were good quality except that they were full of crushed ice so they became watered down quickly and obviously with so much ice, the actual drink volume was small and our awful paper straws were useless because they became completely blocked with ice as soon as you tried sipping through them. Would recommend. The food also looked delic

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after our first visit to Hub Box, I really wanted to. Our server was Taylor, and from the second we arrived, he brought such a warm, effortless energy. He was attentive without hovering, funny without forcing it, and made our visit feel relaxed and personal. The food was incredible, but the service really made the visit memorable. Taylor handled everything so smoothly, checked in at all the right moments, and made us feel properly looked after the entire time. Thank you, Taylor! We will definitely be back. :)

The burger was absolutely 10/10... Juicy patties, soft bun (that didn't fall apart), crispy onion rings. Every bite was 🤌🏼. The fries were decent enough, good portion size and the £5 cocktail offer was very welcome. The service was prompt and the staff were friendly. It was reasonably priced, if not leaning a little towards the expensive side with the burger being £14 alone. I would visit again as it genuinely was incredibly tasty!
