I went into the store in Carlisle, today. I approached a member of staff who then introduced me to a lady called, Ally. She suggested to have a bra fitting service. I have never had one before and was a little nervous. Ally, was so lovely and made me feel so relaxed. Ally brought several different styles and gave her opinion in a professional manner. I honestly can say, I recommend anyone to take advantage of this service. I bought two went out wearing one. I don't want to take it off as its so comfortable. I came in for a bra fitting. I was so disappointed. They only measured under my bust then stared at me and guessed cup size! They then just shoved 3 pack bras on me which looked awful and didn't fit because she guessed the cup size. I had to ask if there were other styles to try and they reluctantly gave me one other to try. I obviously left with nothing, I was annoyed and very disappointed as I'd been years ago for a fitting and I couldn't fault them then but it has definitely gone downhill since. I went to Primark after and she was 3 sizes out on my cup size!

I like this shop overall but the children’s dept is not attractively laid out, home dept had shrunk to hardly anything but the men’s dept is enormous with rarely any customers there. Cafe is nice for a coffee.
