I am really trying to be balanced here because I have been going here for the past year or so. The food is the usual frozen stuff but definitely edible. The staff are usually run off their feet so there is often a wait for service. They’re usually quite pleasant though. Tonight’s experience has ensured I won’t be back though. My son in law ordered my dessert with custard instead of ice cream so I couldn’t eat it. The member of staff would not change it unless I paid. I understand why of course I do, but if you had done a goodwill gesture I wouldn’t have decided to leave this review and not ret

Stopped off for tea - great value for money. Most of the food was okay - salt & pepper chips ain't great... it was literally like a tub of 5 spices had been poured over them. Staff were friendly and speedy. Not a long wait for food. Easy with the kids and pram. Would come again!

Good points it’s a pub it serves food and drink the staff are good We went in and asked for Wimbledon to be put on and it was on before we sat down love it thank you! Has outside seating in front and back and pool table. Not so good points , the meal deal only includes certain drinks have to add money for others . No ales just lager and stout. The dinner was not same as picture no carrots which they said were out of season had cauliflower instead of . Not so good points , the pubs decoration is very dated and musty smell throughout. The roast was adequate but not filling had to eat some of mum
