Tried to order take away. Calling for nearly 30-40 minutes, phone either busy or they don’t answer. Decided to just walk down and order, wait for the guy to become available, he asks me what I want and before I can even finish my sentence telling him what I want to order the phone rings and he immediately picks it up. Absolute shambles, terrible customer service. So they can’t answer the phone when I’m calling but can when I’m in the middle of being served in person?
