£34 for four tubs. That’s the headline really. Only large tubs available, half the flavours not running, and the ones that were available were fairly liquid and clearly under-chilled. Paying by weight for ice cream that’s halfway to soup feels… ambitious. We were charged for four “large” tubs, but once everything settled at home they were effectively half full. Hard to square that with weight-based pricing. We were also asked not to sit in as they had just cleaned, despite it being about 30 minutes before closing. They need to advertise different closing time not to confuse the customer. Closing time is 10 pm and we were there at 8.50 pm. Even before step in the girl rudely said it's take away only and cash only. It's understandable they need to clean the place after closing. But then why they says it's open till 10??. There are plenty of other customers have the same issue mentioned in the reviews and I don't understand why the management neglect this.. The ice cream is good even little expensive. Invest on your service quality please

Absolutely amazing! My granny and grandad were very hesitant to come here, but we’re glad to they did and wanted to come back. I’ve never tried frozen yogurt before this and I regret this! Anyone in the area should come here! It’s also fun to just have a walk around the area and then come in for some frozen yogurt! 5/5

Awful experience. Third of the cream offerings weren't working. Unbelievably cobwebs over the ice cream cones near the front door. Staff on their mobile phones totally disinterested. One of them was for all the world falling asleep , leaning against the kitchen door . I'll not be back.
