I came with my family and child after seeing that it was open 24 hours, but I was surprised to find that it closes at 11 PM and we are not allowed to sit inside, only outside by the window. So I had to order two mocha coffees, and unfortunately, they were served cold and overpriced compared to other cafes. I regret that the experience was very bad.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognise the incredible staff at meadowhall Costa that is within Next or right next to Next. These staff show incredible kindness, patience and genuine care towards their customers, as a carer to a young boy with disabilities, it means more than words can express to walk into a place where we are always welcomed with warmth, understanding and compassion. The team consistently goes above and beyond to make his visits special. They speak to him actively and kindly, make him smile, give him space to interact which makes him look forward to the next time we can

Overheard staff at this location bragging to each other that they were better than other Costas, but this is the only coffee shop that regularly gets drink orders incorrect. They really need to read back orders or something, I don't get this issue anywhere else. Wrong size drinks, wrong syrup added numerous times, coffee but forget the espresso!!! Too easy to get away with that when it's served via the drive thru and the customer finds they have a cup of milk 10 miles down the motorway. I appreciate that is pretty funny, but not what I paid for at the end of the day.
