Went in for the 1st time in yrs as it's been changing hands alot and struggling. I have to it back to brilliant. The staff are warm , friendly and helpful. Nice cosy atmosphere and they have the football on so that's a bonus. Drinks prices about average for the area. Food at the moment she are operating on a smaller menu while the get a new food supplier, but the food we had was excellent. (Burger and chips, nachos and cheese sandwich with chips) Came to about £20 which is great. You don't need anything fancy, just something to fill you whennyour out watching the footy. All in all very good10

The new owners have done a great job with the pub. We'd dinner here and the food was lovely. Staff are friendly, especially the young man wearing glasses who was the barman. He was on his own coping with a Saturday evening busy pub and he did a great job. Very composed and he knew what he was doing. They've entertainment too. Well done. Give them a try. It has a handy bus stop right at the front of the pub.

It is the first time we have tried here . Booked and came for Fathers Day . Have to say it was one of the best Sunday lunches I have had. It was well cooked and presented by very friendly staff.We will definitely be coming here again . Well done to everyone involved we loved it.
