Great staff doing their best to deal with difficult customers, a high volume of orders, being understaffed, and late/ early hours. The baristas are super friendly to those who are friendly back, so before you complain that they “didn’t smile” try working in hospitality for a day, your barista is a real person so treat them as such x THE DRINKS GET MADE IN THE ORDER THE TICKETS ARE PRINTED, JUST BECAUSE YOU ORDER ONE SIMPLE DRINK DOESNT MEAN IT GETS MADE BEFORE EVERYONE ELSE!!!!

Really disappointed with my experience about 2 weeks ago. The new supervisor, Jonny, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked a simple question about an iced cappuccino (it was my first time at Starbucks in the UK), and he actually called me an “idiot” for asking. Completely unacceptable. I’ve ordered iced cappuccinos at Starbucks in the US before, so this wasn’t a strange request at all. On top of that, he was swearing at his coworkers and speaking to them aggressively — the whole atmosphere felt toxic. Coffee was beautiful, Starbucks rarely disappoint, however the atmosphere was like I was in a manic shopping centre or something, crowds of people laughing and talking at the top of their lungs. Ruined what was ment to be a relaxing calm morning coffee. Last thing you’d want when having an early morning coffee.

The supervisor, Ash, said his drink is the best in the store, but I was really disappointed with the service. I saw him pick his nose and scratching his pants and then make my coffee and touch my sandwich without washing his hands, which was very unhygienic. He also approached me in a rude manner at the till, I asked if he have Frappuccino and he said he don’t have anymore but I can see that they still have Frappuccino base and syrup left (I know bec I was also a barista!), I pointed that out and he changed his words so fast and make me the Frappuccino, he probably just being lazy and don’t wa
