“Amazing customer service and well prepared food”

I frequently visit this place and most of the time i had got bizarre and disappointing experiences with this place. Today I ordered some chicken wings. they were tiny-about the size of my thumb-and overpriced for what you get. The taste was just okay, nothing impressive. Also, we ordered Coca-Cola but got Pepsi. If it's not available, don't list it! The online menu prices are higher than the actual charges at the restaurant, which feels like a rip-off. To top it off, the service is always terrible at restaurant. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional, showing no respect for customers. Def

I come here often and the food is usually good ! But the service on the other hand is horrible me and my friends have been served by this same woman each time and let me tell you right now she is so incredibly rude , she acts as if customers coming in are a burden to her and gets crabby when customers ask for napkins or utensils like sorry you have to do your job mate ! if you don’t want to work then don’t do it? All the other staff are kind and welcoming except for her and quite frankly iv seen a lot of the negative reviews are about her so why is she still working there!!!

Delivery time is a joke, not worth it. They lie to you on the phone saying they just left. Called 20 mins later and told they just left again. Absolute shambles.
