James Gruijters★★★★★What a wonderful cafe/ restaurant in Moulsham street in Chelmsford. We really enjoyed our 3 different coffees. We had a normal cappuccino, a black americano and an oat milk latte. They sell oat and soy milk as a replacement for cows milk. My wife is allergic to one of the oat milks brands. Luckily they have 2 different types of oat milks at Ciao. The other oat milk was perfect, and made a nice frothy latte. The lady serving us was kind and very helpful. The owner is also very welcoming, and came to us for a short chat.
