I used to be their customer since 7-8 years I regularly came at lunch time to get a shawarma sandwich which has always been delicious. Unfortunately over the last 2,3 months the sandwich is not anymore the same, it is prepare without any knowledge and passion. Bread is cold, sauce is not well spread and only in the middle, in addition the amount of meat they put in it is ridiculous! Today I pointed out to the cook that the shawarma saw quite small, he answered in a rude manner “this in not my business”. Deadest customer service. The man was going to people to serve them and with the card reader so that they could pay but we had to go up to the till everytime we wanted to pay? Also asked for garlic sauce which he said he would get then proceeded to not get it and go serve other customers. Shawarma wrap was nice though.

I had a genuinely frustrating experience with Ranoush that made me take my business elsewhere. I called to place a straightforward order — one halloumi wrap and two chicken shish wraps — and made a simple, reasonable request for separate garlic and chilli sauces, as one of the wraps was for a vegetarian. This isn’t complicated, and it shouldn’t be an issue for any professional establishment. Unfortunately, the person handling the call was abrupt, dismissive, and came across as completely uninterested in listening.
