Wow what a wonderful experience in Cheltenham today. Thank you to Ann Marie for assisting and advising me when I collected my order. Went above and beyond with her customer service. I needed another item so was introduced to Natasha who went around the store to find the item I was looking for. This was a truly wonderful experience that I haven’t had anywhere for a long time. M&S have a really great range of women’s underwear, however it was a pity the only F+ cups seemed to be unpadded and wired. If you are looking for a mesh covering wired bra then there’s plenty of options, it’s just a shame they don’t stock the regular tshirt bras in larger cup sizes. I did like how there was a self serve till in the entrance to the fitting rooms so you could pay for your clothes before even leaving the fitting rooms!

On 20/04/26 when purchasing items I asked Ada for an e-receipt and physical receipt. Ada was extremely rude. When attending to me, she did not politely greet me first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and greeted her first. I also had to ask her twice for my physical receipt and she was very unhappy to do so. Such poor customer service.
