Cottura is such a lovely, cosy little pasta bar in Chiswick and definitely somewhere I’ll be returning to. The service was fantastic throughout, with Simon being especially attentive and making some excellent recommendations. We shared the focaccia and burrata to start, followed by the pappardelle with ox cheek and the duck pasta. Every dish was delicious, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. I would strongly recommend this wonderful restaurant to anyone nearby, we made the journey to Chiswick to visit Cottura and it was well worth the travel. Food: We had only a main course and we were happy with the portion sizes. Between the three of us, we ordered the tagliolini with red king prawns and black garlic butter, the spaghettoni carbonara, with guanciale, and the tagliatelle with slow-cooked duck ragu. Delightful hidden gem in Chiswick! The focaccia was the best quality I’ve had at a restaurant - super moist and flavourful, olives and burrata were delicious, and our two pastas were outstanding - the prawn tagliolini in particular was spectacularly done! To top it all off the service was super friendly and personable, and they have a great happy hour for after work :)
