Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. We spent part of our day off coming here with family and friends, but it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. The Loobia Polo was of very poor quality and didn’t even have the appearance or colour that this dish would normally have. A quiet Monday night for our birthday group in January, but we didn’t mind it one bit! The food was exceptional- big sharer plates for the group with everything cooked perfectly. Something there for everyone. We were even allowed to play our own music there which added to the atmosphere of the restaurant. In terms of service, Hemn was brilliant! A very attentive server who was always there if we needed anything and even helped us out taking some group pictures (of which there are some brilliant photo locations). We hosted a family member's 30th birthday in the private room! It was the perfect vibe for the occassion. The staff were so responsive the entire way through from the booking process to the actual night making sure everything was as smooth as possible so we didnt have to worry about anything. The private room is set up very beautifully (we brought our own decorations too), but even if you didn't the room is already set up beautifully to standard.
