Gemma★Never been spoken to so rudely by any member of staff in any other establishment. I am deaf so well aware that while I’m able to lip read very well, my speech is not the best so in a busy and loud atmosphere I just write down my order on my phone and show the server, never had a problem with that before, however the older female bartender/possible owner, I didn’t stay long enough to find out, shouted at me and said, “no, no, your not doing that, I’m not a dog” and didn’t even give the opportunity to explain the situation or show my aids, and just assumed I was being rude. So friends who I was
