I ordered the £15 snack box because it comes with “cheesy mozzarella chips” but it actually meant two sad mozzarella sticks. Probably a typo in the app menu but still disappointing

There was barely any food, looks absolutely nothing like the pictures , 30 mins late even though ordered 2 hours in advance. Food was bland, definitely not salt and pepper chips. I’m so disappointed. Will not order again.

Ordered for delivery at 8pm got a call at 9 saying 20 mins it will be there. It came at 9.55, the chips were rock hard and the smash burgers buns were wet and sodden. Tried eating it but ended up in the bin and 40 quid gone

Awful service, delivery took over 2 hours! When came order was £14 I only had £20 cash the driver said, oh sorry I have no change I’ll have to come back and he never did!
