I ordered a large mango and pineapple smoothie and was really disappointed with what I received. Instead of the usual bright yellow smoothie you would expect, they served me a dark brown, mashed-looking drink that honestly looked unappetising and old. I politely asked the staff why it looked like that and raised concerns about the appearance. At first, they seemed willing to change it and give me a new one, which already showed they knew something was off. Even one of the staff members agreed it looked a bit out of colour. We were missing fries from our meal for starters. Secondly, the drinks machine must be severely broken. Drinks for weeks have been flat. I decided to take the drinks back this time to be remade. They hand me 2 sprites (not what I ordered) and it had dead flies in it. Awful hygiene and awful service. Staff are also rude.

I had a lovely experience dining in at McDonald’s yesterday at around 6:00 PM. The food was fresh and enjoyable, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The service was outstanding, especially from a girl named Christiana. She brought my food to the table with a smile, asked how I was doing, checked that everything was okay, and made sure I didn’t need anything else. Her friendly, attentive, and caring attitude made my visit even better. Thank you, Christiana, for the excellent customer service. I would definitely visit again!

When we ordered the food, there was mould on the burger bun. There was a huge green splodge on both sides.
