I visited this branch today and was surprised to find out that they do not accept cash payments. I ordered my drink, and only when I reached the counter to pay was I informed that card payment is the only option. This was quite frustrating, as there was no clear sign at the entrance indicating that the store is card-only. It would be much more helpful to customers if this policy were clearly displayed before ordering. Otherwise, it feels like cash-paying customers are simply not welcome.

Starbucks is a big name for a reason, but this particular branch really stands out. The team here are always so lovely, welcoming and accommodating — nothing ever feels like too much trouble. It’s consistently a great experience, which is why I’ll be visiting regularly. 😊

Friendly enough staff and decent interior, but staff turnover seems very high and unfortunately a lot of them just can't make good coffee. Lately I've had a few baristas fill cups right to the very brim, which then inevitably slosh coffee out as soon as they're moved. Why? Just spare me that extra tablespoon of milk please - I don't need it to perceive value for money, I'd rather my coffee doesn't spill everywhere. Final straw was when one barista did this recently then proceeded to clean it all including the rim of the cup where I would drink from with the cleaning cloth that's sat there al
