The hotpot broth was full of flavor, especially the spicy side, which had a rich, authentic taste with just the right level of heat. Great experience here! Special thanks to Starland, one of the staff members, for the excellent service. We arrived about an hour before closing, but Starland was still very friendly and patient in explaining the menu to us. We chose the hot pot buffet and never felt rushed at all. The hot pot here is absolutely delicious, with a very authentic Sichuan flavor. The highlight for us was definitely the beef rolls and lamb rolls — they’re freshly sliced! Being able to eat such authentic freshly cut beef and lamb rolls in the UK honestly feels amazing. My girlfriend and I came here for dinner.
