I was in Starbucks on Wednesday and my son (autistic) screamed a bit as he wanted a brownie, but we were still in the queue. A man in front of us, on his 60 turned around and shouted at him: Will you shut up! I did not have a reaction as the man seemed aggressive but the staff was amazing. They helped me and made me feel safe. They asked the man to leave but he did not, this is unnaceptable to do with a 5 year old neurodivergent child. This is Starbucks in Craigavon in front of airtastic. Thanks to the amazing staff of the store!!

After initially receiving great service from some younger members of staff who helpfully assisted my disabled mother get coffee in a smaller cup as she csnt manage a large beaker. I qued up for 9 minutes to try and get some cold milk as the coffee was too hot for her to hold or drink. There was no milk obviously available. An older lady who was obviously not happy at having to deal with customers snapped at me that they did have milk bit I would have to stand back and wait to give an order for it. I could hear my mum becoming distressed behind name so I left the queue and returned. My own c

Bright and calm atmosphere in this modern Starbucks location. Great spot for working lunch/ meeting up or a break with well spaced out seats/work bench c/ power sockets. But also relaxing chairs and stools. Drive in also very popular. Great staff in place. We had a filter coffee which was not as warm as we would have expected and their was no hesitation on the staff brewing up a new pot of fresh warm coffee to replace.

This place is getting worse, at £5.05 for a large caramel latte you would think they would fill the cup.... but no, just over half at best and the rest froth. Disgraceful....
