Ordered for delivery. The food is well presented and packaged extremely well. They ran out of an item and called to offer alternatives which was nice. Good customer service. The food tastes really good. The standouts for me were the rotis and the masala beans. Where they are let down is either on the portion size or the cost. It's not good value for money. They either need to drop the costs or increase the size of what you get. We spent about £50 for three people and the volume of food was small. You also pay a much higher price on just eat Vs ordering direct (sometimes, £2 more per item on

Such a lovely chaiiwala! Great space with enough seating, and great location in the centre of town. The staff are always so attentive and kind - when I ordered multiple modified wraps, they labelled each one with the modifications so we wouldn’t get mixed up (pictured below). Small details like that are always appreciated. And, just as with every chaiiwala, the food is always so so so yummy and the chai is great! Highly recommend

Today was my first time eating at chaiiwala, I had the english-ish and one of there teas. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty. The lamb bacon and chicken sausages had so much flavour. Overall it is delicious, I will definitely be going back soon

Ordered for delivery. The 3 extras and sauce in one of the omelette rolls were missing, it was completely plain. I ordered 2 masala chips, the portions were ridiculously small, and significantly smaller than when you eat in. They were also of very different sizes. Really disappointed, won't be ordering again.
