I’m not sure where all the 5* reviews are coming from because for £12 I ordered the BBQ Steakhouse Angus in Large and got what I consider to be a pretty ordinary burger and small amount of fries. It was nothing like the picture with barely recognisable tomato, greenery that had seen better days (last week) and bacon that was just ok when the pigs were flying. Just not good enough I’m afraid.

Manager was very rude and ignoring the customers. They were busy and he obviously was having a bad day, his staff looked miserable! Hardy surprising if that is what is leading them. Never again for us. We went across to Five guys and had a lovely meal in a nice atmosphere.

I ordered the Wagyu burger and I clearly got a different steak; it couldn't possibly be Kobe beef. I told the waiter, who said it was the right meat, even Angus beef was a thousand times better. I'm really disgusted. I won't be going back. Mistakes or unavailable meat happen, but you have to be honest.

Ordered on Uber eats and somehow they managed to forget to put my burger in but remembered the rest of my meal. The fries were stone cold and stale. There was a double bacon burger also in the order and instead of strips of bacon it had a handful of cold bacon bits on it, I'm guessing it's the bacon used on the loaded fries. I understand it's fast food and I don't expect miracles but getting what I ordered and what is described in the menu isn't too much to ask for. Not my first time having an issue with this place, won't be back
