We visited Bella Italia Croydon today, 16 May 2026, and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Kasia, who served us so kindly and professionally. She gave us great menu recommendations, checked on us regularly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Bella Italia is a long running chain. The pasta and pizza is average. It’s filling and fast but unfortunately in terms of taste it’s lacking. They often do deals and have 9£ lunch menu which is good value for money. Service here was friendly and Tash was hard working.

We had an amazing experience at the Croydon branch of Bella Italia. Our server Tasha was amazing and made our son’s birthday extra special by bringing out a fully loaded brownie with a candle. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a family friend meal in a great atmosphere.
