have been to creams valley leisure park 4 times. I have made sure each time to specify that I will be eating IN! EVEY SINGLE TIMEI have served in paper cups and wooden spoon with no tissue!!! Sunday 26th it felt personal to be receiving such a bad service. One of the staff named Fareehatook my order each time and she also asked if I will be eating in yet she served the ice creams in paper cups and wooden spoons. This is misleading advertising. Customers should receive what is advertised, or the menu should clearly show what the delivery version actually looks like. I ordered on Deliveroo something from them and came another product! Ridiculous! Not to mention that I ordered 2 ice creams and came just 1 and melted!

Came here for the 18th birthday deal came here 30 mins after opening, creams promised maximum 5 scoops and the staff told me it’s maximum 1 only. So much for overpromising and failing. On top of that their pistachio ice cream doesn’t even have a pistachio taste and it is far from smooth. Absolute failure of an event i wasted my time even bothering to come.

I am a delivery driver and had a disappointing experience at this restaurant yesterday. When I arrived, my order was already packed and ready, but no one handed it to me. I asked multiple times, but my requests were ignored. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, I finally received the order. The staff were also quite rude during the interaction. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this kind of behaviour at this restaurant.
