Wanted to give golden friend chicken a try after a very long time. Very disappointed. Took a bite of the burger and regretted it right away. It was very chewy and rubbery. After examining I realised portion of the chicken was undercooked and the other portion had no chicken - it was empty with just batter covering. See attached pictures. I don't think I will ever be ordering from here again. It's a shame because 10-11 years ago this place was one of the best spots for burgers.

Dreadful and dry, the chicken was like old boots and the fries no better. Frozen poor quality fries. Definitely will not order from here again. The crispy coating on the chicken is the only reason there’s a 1 star. If the chicken was fresh this might be a fantastic place but it is NOT
